HRM 645 - Staffing and Employee Development This course is designed to provide a detailed analysis of the utilization of employees within the organization by focusing on the selection and placement of employees and the development of those employees throughout their careers. Specific attention will be placed on the development of specific employment, staffing, retention, training and development programs and how these affect the individual as well as the achievement of the organization’s overall strategic objectives.
Prerequisite: HRM 550 3 credits
