PE 116 - Yoga and Stress Reduction This course introduces the student to the practice of yoga, and defines its benefits as an integral part of a well rounded fitness program. Breathing techniques that increase energy and reduce stress, coupled with postures for flexibility, endurance and strength, will be explored and expanded upon.
2 hours a week 1 semester 1 credit. Fall and Spring
