PE 121 - Strength & Fitness Training (Open To Athletes & Non-Athletes) This is a hands on course in which the class will explore various types of fitness training, using the facilities in the Danzi Athletic Center. Activities include pre and post fitness assessments, a journal to document progress, cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility programs and proper use of machines and free weights. Benefits of a physically active lifestyle and sound nutritional choices are explored.
