PSY 320 - Positive Psychology Positive Psychology is the scientific study of optimal human functioning. This course examines the theories and research associated with creating and maintaining psychological well-being. Students will engage in a critical and experiential analysis of key concepts found in Positive Psychology (e.g., happiness, life satisfaction, optimism, resilience, and wisdom) and its relevance and application to clinical and nonclinical populations.
Prerequisite: PSY 100 and at least one additional 200 level or higher Psychology course. 3 hours a week 1 semester 3 credits Spring
