MAT 207 - Calculus and Analytic Geometry III This course extends the concepts of single-variable calculus to vector-valued functions and functions of several real variables. Vectors and basic operations on vectors are introduced along with limits, derivatives, integrals and applications of vector-valued functions. The calculus of functions of several real variables is investigated including limits, partial derivatives, gradients, tangent planes, extrema, multiple integrals, and line integrals culminating in Green’s Theorem.
Prerequisite: MAT 206 with a minimum grade of C. 1 semester 4 credits. Fall
