MAT 206 - Calculus and Analytic Geometry II

This course considers the calculus of real-valued functions of a single-variable starting with Riemann sums and basic integration using the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. Techniques of integration and their applications (volume, arc length, surface area) are studied. The convergence of sequences and series is also investigated; this includes power series and in particular, Taylor series.

Prerequisite: MAT 205  with a minimum grade of C.
1 semester 4 credits.
Fall, Spring.
