BUS 330 - Compensation Benefits This course provides up-to-date research and a strategic orientation of compensation administration. A practical approach not only defines the development of a compensation system, but also provides the “whys” at every decision point. Topics include: pay structures, pay levels, job analysis, job evaluation and design, employee benefits, compensations surveys,government compliance, executive and incentive compensation, performance and compensation.
