SPC 116 - Introduction to American Speech and Pronunciation

An introduction to voice and diction for nonnative English speakers to improve their American pronunciation and the clarity of their speech communication. Through drills and presentations, students develop auditory discrimination skills and practice effective intonation patterns, as well as challenging vowel and consonant blends. This course is designed for non-native English speakers.
