BUS 370 - Advanced Human Resources Management
This course is designed to analyze and explore current issues of significance related to the utilization and development of personnel. Students will be directed to undertake case studies on selected topics from the following areas: planning and staffing, performance appraisal
and evaluation, training and development, labor relations and personnel law, and quality of worklife. Where appropriate, cases and investigations will be regionally based. Prerequisites: BUS 230 , and either BUS 232 or BUS 235
3 hours a week 1 semester 3 credits.
