BIO 200 - General Ecology An introduction to ecological principles and processes, and their application to solving environmental problems. Topics include distribution and abundance of organisms, population dynamics, species interactions, biogeochemical cycles, ecosystem types, and Long Island ecology. This course provides students with a solid foundation in ecology to prepare them for upper-level field based ecology courses.
Prerequisites: BIO 151 , CHE 151 1 semester 4 credits. Fall Lab fee-$60
