CHE 420 - Environmental Chemistry An investigation into the chemical reactions that characterize the natural resources of our planet as they are utilized by today146s technological society, resources found in air, water, and earth. This course offers the science major an opportunity to apply many of the scientific principles previously studied to the local, national, and worldwide processes that are contributing to either the preservation or the destruction of the environment. Possible solutions to environmental problems will also be addressed.
