Mathematics/Computer Science, Area of Concentration for Child Study (Long Island Campus)

Required Courses:

• MAT 203 - Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science 4 credits.
• MAT 205 - Calculus and Analytic Geometry I 4 credits.
• MAT 206 - Calculus and Analytic Geometry II 4 credits.

• COM 150 - Introduction to Computer Programming 3 credits. or
• COM 152 - Computer Programming 3 credits.

Elective Courses:

Any Mathematics or Computer Science course may be offered toward the 30 required credits with the following exceptions: MAT 105 , MAT 106 , MAT 111 , MAT 113 , MAT 200 , COM 115 . Only one of COM 140  or COM 141  may be offered towards the Concentration.
