The Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration promotes the career and educational advancement of health care professionals, improves the health care delivery system, and meets the needs of the individuals and communities which that system serves. Also Available Online.

This major fosters the development of knowledge skills, intellectual skills, and personal value systems. The program provides students with the opportunity to explore and understand diverse ideas and cultures as they relate to the provision of health care services.

A minimum of 21 credits with an HA identifier must be taken at St. Joseph’s College (MAT 151  may be applied toward this requirement).

The Department reserves the right to require an additional English writing course(s) at any point in a student’s program if deemed appropriate based on the student’s writing level.

  • 6 credits from Health Administration offerings
  • 9 additional credits to be taken in Health Administration,  Human Services or related areas, or in courses applicable to the Management Certificate.
