Human Services, B.S./M.S. Human Services Leadership (Professional Studies)

The Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Human Services has been designed to promote the career and educational advancement of practitioners, to improve the human services delivery system, and to meet the needs of the individuals and communities which that system serves.

The St. Joseph’s graduate program in Human Services Leadership was designed around two interrelated concepts: the benefits accrued by focusing on developing specific competencies needed for success in the workplace and the importance of relating theoretical knowledge to the real world. Also Available Online.

The program is solidly rooted in a groundbreaking, research-based approach: innovative scholarly investigation into the practices that promote self-leadership and a holistic approach to organizational development in the human services.
