Mindfulness and Contemplative Living Minor (SJNY Brooklyn and SJNY Long Island)

This minor is ideal for a student who wants to be in the helping field, such as mental health counselors, clinical social worker, pastor counseling, creative art therapist, or speech pathologist. In order to complete this minor, students need to complete a minimum of 18 credits in contemplative and mindfulness courses from these departments. All courses on this list are currently offered on a regular basis.
