Students will apply in the last semester of their junior year. Qualified students who are accepted to the Dual Degree program will typically enroll in two graduate courses in the first semester of their senior year and two graduate courses in the second semester of their senior year. These four courses will count as business electives or general electives at the undergraduate level and incur no extra tuition beyond the regular undergraduate tuition. The remaining eight graduate courses will be completed after students have earned their bachelor’s degrees.
Applicants are required to complete (as part of the 90 credits) the following courses with a grade of C or better.
- ACC 200
- BUS 100 or BUS 130
- MAT 151 or BUS/ECO 222 or MAT 107
- BUS/ECO 120 or BUS/ECO 226
Undergraduate students pursuing a 5-year dual degree can complete four graduate courses as noted below while an undergraduate (which would satisfy general electives). In order to complete the degree in five years students would have to complete four graduate courses as part of their undergraduate degree and then, once in the graduate program, would typically take three graduate courses in both the fall and spring and two additional courses offered in the summer.
Applicable MGT courses that can be taken as part of the undergraduate program:
MGT 500
Any 3 of the following:
MGT 510
MGT 520
MGT 525
