Data Science Minor (SJNY Brooklyn and SJNY Long Island)

Upon completion of the Data Science minor students will be able to:

1. Students will be able to communicate effectively with people (clients, colleagues, etc.) at differing levels of technical knowledge.
2. Students will demonstrate their knowledge and commitment to the mission of the College as well as to the ACM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct both in the classroom and in the larger community.
3. Students will demonstrate their understanding of Mathematical principles and concepts and be able to apply them to solving simple and multi-step problems.
