The Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Human Services has been designed to promote the career and educational advancement of practitioners, to improve the human services delivery system, and to meet the needs of the individuals and communities which that system serves.
In addition to having met the general admission requirements of Professional Studies, students typically have postsecondary education and training and have acquired, through experience, some of the skills and knowledge appropriate to the degree and career path. The Field Experience requirement may be met in different ways. A minimum of 21 credits with an HS identifier must be taken at St. Joseph’s College.
